Never Fails Oil and Gas Limited is an indigenous and private company. A prominent player in the Nigeria petroleum Product storage, and Retails sales. Our Primary products includes, Petrol(PMS), Diesel (AGO), and Kerosene (DPK). Never Fails Oil and Gas Limited is a company Limited by shares, registered in March 12, 2014 under the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Companies and allied Matters ACT, 1990. And commenced business as a petroleum products marketing company in December 2019.

The Objective for which the company is established are:

To undertake oil field services, petroleum exploration drilling, construction, scaffold erection services and maintenance of refineries, pipelines, pumping and filling stations, supply and distribution of gas, oil petroleum and petrochemical products.
To carry on the business of general contracts and supplies/ sales of goods and services general merchandise/trading, importers and exporters of general goods, clearing and forwarding agents commission agent, manufacturer’s representative, distributors.
To engage in business of contractions/building services, welding and fabrication, procurements, filling, land reclamation, maintenance/building of jetties, factories, warehouse shops, road railways, bridges and all other building requisite.
To carry on the business of supplies of telecommunication/communication services, computer services, printing, web application, internet services, sales and installations of satellites, imports/exporters of computer accessories and general contracts.
To carry on business of dealer’s suppliers import and export of all kinds of cars, trucks, auto spare parts, and heavy duty equipment’s, industrial products.
To raise money in such manner as the company shall think fit and in particular by the issue of debenture stock (perpetual or otherwise) and to secure the repayment of money borrowed, raised or owing by mortgage, charge or lien upon the whole or any part of the company property or lien to secure and guarantee the performance by the company of any liability it may undertake.

With the federal republic of Nigeria complains and allied matters act 1990 company limited by shares articles of association of NEVER FAILS OIL AND GAS LTD (pursuant to sections 33 and 34 of the companies and allied matter action N0. 1. 1990) which the company is an accordance with Part II (Private Company Limited by Shares).
